Watch St Mirren v Rangers Live

Team news for Saturday's Scottish Premier League clash between St Mirren and Rangers at St Mirren Park (kick-off 12.45pm).

Aluko:
St Mirren will be without the suspended Jim Goodwin against Rangers. The midfielder begins the first of a three-match ban this weekend following an altercation with Steve Jennings during last week's game against Motherwell.

Midfielder Hugh Murray could make his long-awaited return after recovering from knee surgery, while midfielder Steven Thomson is back in contention following a calf injury and defender Lee Mair has recovered from a knock.

Rangers look set to be boosted by the return of both Sone Aluko and Dorin Goian against the Buddies. Aluko is available for selection again after serving a two-match ban for diving and is likely to be added to the squad for the trip to Paisley.

Goian, who missed last week's win over Inverness with a fever, could also come back into contention after participating in some training this week.
