EPL: Manchester United v Crystal Palace preview

Manchester United v Crystal Palace preview
Manchester United are likely to add to Crystal Palace's woes when the two teams clash at Old Trafford on Saturday.
United have made an impressive start to the season, winning five and drawing one of their opening six Premier League fixtures and they currently sit level on points with neighbours Manchester City at the top of the standings.
Jose Mourinho's side have also won both their matches in this season's Champions League, including a 4-1 away success against CSKA Moscow on Wednesday.
The Red Devils have had to deal with travelling back from Russia in the build up to Saturday's match, but they do boast an impressive recent record against Palace, as they are unbeaten in the last nine meetings between the two sides, winning both encounters last season.
Michael Carrick, Marouane Fellaini and Phil Jones missed Wednesday's match in Moscow through injury and Carrick will once again miss out this weekend, although the other two players could still feature at Old Trafford.
Palace will head into the match rock bottom of the standings and they are still searching for their first point and goal of the new league campaign.
Boss Roy Hodgson did guide the Eagles to a home victory in the Carabao Cup against Huddersfield last week, but they have not won a competitive away match in any competition since April.
The Eagles face a striking crisis ahead of Saturday's match, as Christian Benteke has been ruled out with a knee injury and Hodgson has no other fit senior striker at his disposal.
Defender Timothy Fosu-Mensah is also unavailable to face his parent club, while the match is likely to come too soon for Wilfried Zaha, who is making good progress from the knee injury he suffered on the opening day of the season.
