EPL: Chelsea 3-1 Newcastle

Eden Hazard scored twice
Eden Hazard scored twice as Chelsea came from behind to beat Newcastle 3-1 in the Premier League.
Dwight Gayle had benefited from a couple of fortunate ricochets to fire Newcastle into an early lead at Stamford Bridge but after Andreas Christensen headed against a post, Hazard soon pulled the hosts level.
Alvaro Morata headed home a fine cross from Victor Moses to reach nine league goals for the season and put them in front before the interval before Hazard sealed victory with a delicate, chipped penalty after Moses had been brought down in the box by Matt Ritchie.
A smart stop from Karl Darlow - one of several on the day - prevented Hazard completing his hat-trick before he was replaced to a standing ovation with victory secured.
The win lifts third-placed Chelsea to within eight points of leaders Manchester City, although they have played a game more, and are with Sky Bet to take the title.
Newcastle are to be relegated straight back to the Sky Bet Championship.
