Manchester United will be looking for some positive momentum ahead of the FA Cup final when taking on Watford at Old Trafford on Sunday.

United are guaranteed their best Premier League finish in five years following the 0-0 draw with West Ham on Thursday that sealed second place.

However, they're rather limping towards the finishing line having not won and not scored in their last two Premier League games, which has led Jose Mourinho to question the mentality of some of his players.

 

Old Trafford has been a fortress this season as United have won 20 of their 25 home games in all competitions this season with their rock solid defence proving hard to break down - they've kept 18 clean sheets this season in the league.

Watford, who have quietly gone about their business this season, secured their first win in eight Premier League games against Newcastle last week. They had picked up just two points from their last seven games before seeing off the Toon.

 

Mourinho has confirmed he will recall forwards Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial for Manchester United's final Premier League game of the season at home to Watford.

The pair were on the bench for Thursday's goalless draw at West Ham as Mourinho made eight changes - with the United boss set to shuffle his pack once again against the Hornets.

Romelu Lukaku (ankle) and Marouane Fellaini (muscle) will miss out but the Belgium international duo will be pushing to be fit for the FA Cup final. Michael Carrick will start Sunday's league finale, for what will be the 36-year-old midfielder's final appearance at Old Trafford before hanging up his boots.

Younes Kaboul, Tom Cleverley, Tommie Hoba and Stefano Okaka remain sidelined for Watford while Andre Carrillo Diaz and Nathaniel Chalobah could be in contention.
