EPL: Huddersfield v West Brom preview

Huddersfield v West Brom preview
Huddersfield and West Brom will meet in the Premier League for the first time when they clash at the John Smith's Stadium on Saturday.
The Terriers have impressed on home soil following their promotion to the top-flight, as they have only lost one of their last five league matches at the John Smith’s Stadium, a run that includes an impressive 2-1 victory over Manchester United in their last home fixture.
However, that result is Huddersfield's only win in their last eight Premier League matches and they have found goals particularly hard to come by of late, as they have failed to score in four of their last five league games.
David Wagner's side will be boosted by the news that winger Rajiv van La Parra will be available for Saturday's match, despite the fact he hobbled out of last weekend's 3-0 defeat at Liverpool with a groin complaint.
West Brom will head into the contest looking to arrest an alarming dip in form that has seen them fail to win any of their last eight league games.
Indeed, Tony Pulis' side have not won since the second week of the season, picking up just one point from their last four away fixtures.
The Baggies have won on their last two visits to Huddersfield, however, including a 2-0 victory when the sides last met in an FA Cup tie nearly eight years ago.
Albion should be boosted by the return of winger Oliver Burke for the trip to West Yorkshire, as the summer signing has recovered from the niggling hamstring problem that has limited him to just two league appearances to date this term.
The news is not so positive for Craig Dawson and James Morrison, however, as they remain sidelined with respective knee and Achilles injuries.
