EPL: West Ham v Tottenham preview

West Ham v Tottenham preview
West Ham captain Mark Noble will be available to take on Tottenham, after returning from a knee injury in Tuesday's win over Bolton.
The Englishman helped the Hammers secure a 3-0 victory in the Carabao Cup at the London Stadium, having previously missed the win over Huddersfield Town and draw against West Bromwich Albion.
West Ham boss Slaven Bilic will still be without playmaker Manuel Lanzini, as the Argentinian has only just returned to training following injury. Fellow midfielder Pedro Obiang will also be absent, with the 27-year-old still struggling with a knock that he picked up against the Baggies.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino has injury problems of his own, with Victor Wanyama, Erik Lamela and Danny Rose all on the sidelines. However, left-back Ben Davies has recovered from an ankle issue and is pushing for a spot in the starting XI.
Going on recent form, Saturday's London derby promises to be a close game, with West Ham unbeaten in their last three and Spurs unbeaten in their last five in all competitions.
West Ham have won three of the past four home meetings against their rivals, keeping a clean sheet in each of those wins.
Hammers frontman Javier Hernandez has yet to score in eight games against Spurs, while Harry Kane has scored five goals in his last five matches against West Ham and he will be looking to maintain his sublime record.
